Cancelling orders
If you change your mind within a period of 24 hours and need to cancel an order please do so
by sending us an email to stoporder@carrolls.com.
Please include your order number. You may also telephone us at (713)
667-6668. However, if your order has already been shipped, then please refer to our section on returns. All orders returned after delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Changing your personal information
You have access to your personal information by visiting My account. Here you can change details
such as name, address, password, etc.
Complaints
Carrolls always endeavors to achieve the highest quality in our services to the customer, however there are
times when with all our best efforts, things do go wrong. If you have a complaint, we are willing and
anxious to hear about it, so we can hopefully resolve the issue, and continue to strive to do better.

Customs and duty
Please note that all shipments to certain countries may be subject to local import duties and taxes as well as additional
shipping and handling charges. Local duties and taxes may be levied once goods have reached your country. Any charges for
duty, etc are your responsibility. Please bear this in mind when completing your overseas order.
Delivery/Shipping
We carry a large inventory stock of most merchandise
and subject to availability, we seek to
ship all Houston Area in stock orders within 48 hours.
All merchandise that is shipped "F.O.B origin, Houston, TX USA".
This means the ownership and responsiblity for the merchandise becomes
that of the buyer upon departure from our dock.
Special Orders
* All special orders require 50% deposit.
* Special orders are non-stocked items at Carrolls.
* Special orders will vary in lead time according to the manufacturer.
Approximate lead time can be quoted at time of delivery
* Cancelling or changing special orders will be determined by manufacturer
* After special order is in production all deposits will be forfeited
if cancelled or changed.
Payment information
Please note, due to the nature of our secure payment system, your credit card is validated at the point of sale.
Your card will then be billed within 5 days of authorization.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment cards:-
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
We also accept checks and money orders. Please, for security reasons do not mail cash!
When sending checks or money orders, allow sufficient mail and processing time.
Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to Carrolls.

All information collected is through the ordering/registration process and is in accordance
with the Data Protection act of 1998.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect
about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998).
All information collected is solely used by Carrolls for the benefit of serving our customers. We do
not share or sell or mailing lists or customer databases. All efforts and due diligence is provided to
maintain the security and integrity of this crucial data.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any
marketing email from us. Should you find yourself on our mailing list and wish to be removed, simply contact custservice@carrolls.com

Product Warranty
Carrolls warrants its products to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship. Carrolls stands behind all manufactures warranties at time of sale.
This warranty is made by manufacturers only to original end-user
acquiring the product directly from Carrolls. Customers
warranty is limited to repair or replacement at manufacturers option.
Consent from manufacturer must be obtained before any warranty
work is performed. This warranty shall not apply to any products
which must be replaced because of normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse or "accident", shipping damage, or product use
and installation other than in accordance with written instructions
or warnings. It will also not apply when product has been modified
or altered, repaired or refurbished by someone other than manufacture or because of natural variations over which manufacture has no
control. When repairing or replacing a defective
product, manufacturer does not guarantee matching color, grain,
texture or dye lots. This warranty does not cover the cost of
transportation or labor. Manufacturer makes no warranty that any
of its products are suitable for any particular purpose and makes
no other warranties, expressed or implied, other than those set forth
here, in no event shall Carrolls be liable in either tort or contract for
any loss or direct, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary
damages.
Returns policy
Here at Carrolls we want you to be happy
with both our products and our service.
If you do receive faulty or damaged goods or wish
to return any item, please contact us
immediately at returns@carrolls.com
or call us on (713) 667-6668. Please
have your original order number available when contacting
us. We will then
issue you with a Return Merchandise
Authorization. This number should be clearly written on the
shipping label when returning the merchandise.
Security
Your transaction is normally sent to our server via a secure
connection that has been encrypted using a 128 bit Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) architecture (depending on browser support)
and signed using GeoTrust digital certificates. All
information that is encrypted cannot be read by any third
party. When a page is secure the address bar should change
from http:// to https://.

You can shop with Carrolls Discount Office Furniture by going on-line
at www.carrolls.com 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. We also offer a shopping
by phone service, our friendly team can
be contacted at (713) 667-6668, Monday to
Friday between the hours of 8.30am and
5.30pm and 10:00am to 2:00pm on Saturdays. To place your order by phone,
please have your credit card handy as
we will need payment details, including
delivery and invoice adress.
You can also shop off-line. When you have
made your selections, and at the point of checkout, you will
be presented with a completed order form as per your shopping
basket. This can then be printed and sent via fax with your
payment details or by US Mail.
