I am just writing to tell you all how pleased I am with the customer service (and furniture) from Carrolls.

I recently ordered a desk and it was delivered very quickly.  Unfortunately, the top of the desk was marred.  I called Tracy Bush about the situation and he went to work immediately.  I sent him pictures and he kept on top of solving the problem and kept me informed of the progress.  The replacement top arrived and was installed in record time!
